We have considerable experience in dealing with various Utility Companies such as the Highways Agency, Northumbrian Water Ltd and North Powergrid and handle all aspects of compensation claims where properties have been affected by road schemes or work on water and gas pipelines, pylons and electricity cables.

Typically this work can range from a small crop loss claim perhaps where an electric board vehicle has caused damage accessing faulty apparatus through to large injurious affection claims where a farm steading may have been impacted by road widening.

In all of the above instances, our fees for acting on the clients behalf have been met by the Utility Company.
