We provide advice to all those with an interest in farmland. This might be through the provision of a simple grazing licence, preparation of a Farm Business Tenancy (FBT) or in the handling of an “1986 Act” rent review or perhaps a complex succession case.

Although we act for a very many landowners and indeed landlords; a specialism has undoubtedly been forged working on behalf of the tenanted sector. In 2009 the Tenant Farmer’s Association (TFA) appointed Richard onto their panel of Recommended Professionals for the North East and Richard remains very proud of this position, holding the association in high regard.

A further specialism in this area of work is the preparation of rental tenders and the firm is pleased to report considerable success in securing a number of tenancies in what has recently been an extremely competitive market.
