Something of a specialism, we now handle a large number of planning applications throughout the year.

We have in depth knowledge and experience of all matters related to rural planning including Farm Buildings, Barn Conversions and Agricultural Workers Dwellings.

We have recently gained planning approval for the conversion of a former farmstead in County Durham into a small holiday cottage complex and have a further scheme where we are involved at an early stage to provide a full appraisal and business plan for a similar development in the Tyne Valley.

In addition to applications we are also happy to handle planning hearings and appeals when necessary.
